HOTEL POLICIES

  • For the undisturbed rest of the guests of PSZ Hotel Beach*** Balatonföldvár, guests arriving with dogs are obliged to follow the HOTEL POLICIES detailed below.
  • The guest arriving with a dog accepts the contents of the HOTEL POLICIES by making a reservation in any way towards PSZ Hotel Beach*** Balatonföldvár.
  • The authorized representative of PSZ Hotel Beach*** Balatonföldvár has the right to warn the guest with a dog to comply with the HOTEL POLICIES during his/her stay at PSZ Hotel Beach*** if the guest’s behaviour differs from the HOTEL POLICIES.
  • If the guest with a dog does not comply with the rules of the HOTEL POLICIES despite repeated warnings, the authorized representative of PSZ Hotel Beach*** Balatonföldvár has the right to ask him/her to leave immediately.
  • The guest arriving with a dog, by making a reservation in any way towards PSZ Hotel Beach*** Balatonföldvár, accepts that he/she is obliged to compensate the injured party for any damage caused by the dog arriving with him/her at the PSZ Hotel Beach*** Balatonföldvár and staying at the PSZ Hotel Beach*** Balatonföldvár during the reservation period.
  • Any damage to be compensated includes material damage caused to the hotel by the dog arriving with the guest, as well as material and non-material damage claims arising from damage caused by the dog arriving with the guest to other guests staying at the hotel, hotel staff and other dogs arriving with the guest.
  • The guest arriving with a dog, by making a reservation in any way towards PSZ Hotel Beach*** Balatonföldvár, accepts that PSZ Hotel Beach*** Balatonföldvár cannot be held responsible for any injuries, possible illness or strayage of the dog arriving with him/her at PSZ Hotel Beach*** Balatonföldvár during the reservation period.
  • The PSZ Hotel Beach*** Balatonföldvár can be visited by dogs of the following sizes and numbers.
  • Small: dogs less than 35 cm in height and/or less than 12 kg – maximum 2 dogs per room.
  • Only Economy rooms on the ground floor without balcony are available for guests with dogs.
  • Guests arriving with a dog are responsible for ensuring that the dog does not disturb the rest of the other guests. In particular, they must take care of the following:
  • Outside the room reserved by the guest, the dog accompanying the guest may only stay on the hotel premises when kept on a leash.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the hotel restaurant and public areas, or in areas reserved exclusively for hotel staff.
  • The guest with a dog is obliged to clean up any urine or faeces left behind by the dog in the entire hotel area.
  • The dog accompanying the guest must have a valid rabies vaccination and proof of this must be provided by the guest accompanying the dog on request.
  • Only healthy, house-trained dogs, not dogs in heat(estrus), are allowed to visit the hotel.
  • It is the responsibility of the guest with the dog to provide food for the dog from their own resources and to feed the dog as required.
